《柳叶刀》（THE LANCET）最新发表一项系统综述和META分析，分析评估了感染COVID-19 变异株后获得的自然免疫保护程度以及针对不同变异株的保护持久性，包括来自19个国家的65项研究。

对于至少感染过一次COVID-19的人群而言，针对各种变异株的重症结局（住院和死亡）的自然免疫都很强大且持久（感染后10个月保护性>88%）。

如果既往感染过奥密克戎（OMICRON）出现之前的变异株，则对奥密克戎BA.1再感染的自然免疫保护作用显著降低（感染后10个月保护性为36%）。

研究人员表示，我们应该认识到近期感染COVID-19患者所获得的自然免疫——免疫力随着时间的推移而减弱。

       The Lancet has recently published a systematic review and META analysis that evaluates the degree of natural immune protection obtained after infection with COVID-19 variants and the persistence of protection against different variants, including 65 studies from 19 countries.

       For individuals who have been infected with COVID-19 at least once, the natural immunity against severe outcomes (hospitalization and death) of various variants is strong and long-lasting (protective>88% 10 months after infection).

       If previously infected with a variant of OMICRON before its appearance, the natural immune protection against re infection with OMICRON BA. 1 is significantly reduced (protection is 36% 10 months after infection).

       Researchers suggest that we should recognize the natural immunity acquired by COVID-19 patients in recent times, which weakens over time.
